She was begott wth. Child by ye Said Thomas &ca. but not delivered . . And now at this day the Said Thomas being called Came and in his proper person appeared to the Same Recognizance and prayd . that he and his Suretys may be discharged &ca. . order’d by the Court here that the Same Recognizance and Suretys be discharged &ca. The afd Thomas Joce his Recognizance taken in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling by the afd Mr. Michael Miller the Same day afd for his appearance to this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against him for Commiting fornication w.th the afd Margret~. Edwin and thereby begott her w.th Child &ca. This Court here discharges. the Same Recognizance Likewise Edward Beck Junior and Benjamin Bond entred into Recognizance the Same day afd before the afd M.r Michael Miller as.
