                                         August Court 1715    .
   His Majty—— | Recognizance twenty pounds Sterling taken pr Mr
        at | Michael Miller one of his Majties Justices &ca. the fifteenth
   Thomas Joce | of August Instant for his apr. to this Court for Commting
   ~~~~~~~~~~~ | fornication wth. a Certain Margret Edwin as She proved.
   upon Oath before Mr. James Harris one of his Sd Majties Justices &ca. for that
   She was begott wth. Child by ye Said Thomas &ca. but not delivered . .
   And now at this day the Said Thomas being called Came and in
   his proper person appeared to the Same Recognizance and prayd .
   that he and his Suretys may be discharged &ca. .    order’d by the Court
   here that the Same Recognizance and Suretys be discharged &ca.
   The afd Thomas Joce his Recognizance taken in the Sume of
   Twenty pounds Sterling by the afd Mr. Michael Miller the Same day
   afd for his appearance to this Court to Answer unto what Should be
   objected against him for Commiting fornication w.th the afd Margret~.
   Edwin and thereby begott her w.th Child &ca. This Court here discharges.
   the Same Recognizance
   Likewise Edward Beck Junior and Benjamin Bond entred into —
   Recognizance the Same day afd before the afd M.r Michael Miller as.
   Suretys for ye appearance of the afd Thomas Joce to this Court and to
   answer as abovesaid. This Court here discharges each of there .
   Recognizance &ca——
    ordered by this Court that Thomas Joce enter into Recognize
   w.th Suretys for his apce. to next Court and good behaviour in ye.
   mean time &ca.
   Thomas Joce afd Comes into Court and acknowledged himselfe
   indebted the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling also Edward Beck Junr
   and Oliver Higombotom in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling
   each the afd Severall Sumes to be Leaveyed for the use of his Maj
   King George his heires and Successors on there Goods and .
   Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd
