August Court 1715 106 to be therewth Contented
appearance to the next Court and good behaviour in the mean time ~~~ on which the afd William Smithers acknowledged himselfe indebted in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Also William Boots and George Murphet [?] in the Sume of five pounds Sterling each the afd Sumes to be Leaveyd for the use of his Majesty &ca. on there goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements. Conditionally that if the afd William Smithers do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County to answer unto a Certain Bill of Indictment found against him by the grand Jury for Hogg Stealing and in the mean time to be of good behviour to all his Majestys good people wherew.th they acknowledge themselves therewth. to be Contented.
