on which the afd William Darby Comes into Court and acknowledges himself indebted to his Majesty King George his heires and Successors in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leaveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court and to Answer unto a Certain Bill of Indictment found against him by the Grand Jury for Hogg Stealing and in the mean time to be of good behaviour to all his Majestys good people wherewth. he acknowledges himselfe to be therew.th Content Likewise Came into Court John Evans and John Caisley [?] and acknowledged themselves indebted to his Majesty King George &ca in the Sume of five pounds.
