                                    August Court 1715                                      105 
   writ Came William Frisby Gentl high Sherf of Said County and made
   return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as foll vizt. Cepi Corpus
   pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf. And the afd Deft~. being Solemnly Called Came
   not on which the Sherf was amerced &ca.
   But now at this Court vizt. this Sixteenth day of August in ye Second
   year of his afd Majesties Reigne The afd Deft being called Came
   and the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attorney prays that ye
   Said Deft may give Special bayle to ye afd accõn which was .
   granted and that he be keept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of .
   Said County untill he Shall give Special Bayle to ye above —
   accon
   after which Comes into Court William Blay and Michael
   Hacket both of this County and acknowledges themselves.
   joyntly and Severally Special bayle for the afd George
   Gleaves Junr. in the afd Accõn and they or either of them the debt
   afd will pay and the Cost thereon accrueing if the afd Plt Shall .
   obtaine Judgment ag.st the Said Deft. in the accõn afd And the Said
   George the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the
   Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the afd William
   or Michael the body of the afd George Shall not render &ca.
