                                         August Court 1715
   Court here viz.t~ this Sixteenth day of August Anno Domini one Thousand
   Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt. Thomas Bruff Recover
   against the Said Deft~ Edward Williams as well the afd Sume of
   Three Thousand pounds of Tobacco the Debt afd as also the Sume of
   three hundred fifty Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt~ about
   his Suite in this behalfe expended and by the Court here of his assent
   adjudged and the Said Deft. in mercy &ca.

   George Gleaves Junr Deft~ | first year of the Reigne of his now Majestie


George &ca. that he take George Gleaves Jur.
   of Kent County aforsd Wheelwright alis Dics George Gleaves Junr. of Kent .
   County in the Province of Maryland Wheelwright if he Should be found
   in his Baylwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in
   the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Nathaniel Hynson
   of a plea that he render to him the Sume of one pounds Nineteen —
   Shillings Stearling money which to him he oweth and unjustly detaineth
   and one thousand and forty Six pounds of Sound bright Dry Tobacco .
   of the value of Eighty Seven Shillings and two pence Stearling money
   which he unjustly detain’s &ca— And that he have then and —
   there the Said writ &ca.    .    .    At which Said next Court vizt the
   Seventh day of June the Same Year afd the day of return of Said
                                                                                                writ
