   Rice Jones Junr Plt~ | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case
                at | the Same writ was return’d endorsed vizt. Cepi

   this Court Came the afd Plt.~ by James Earle his attorney and delivers
   a note from ye afd Plt~. wherein it was expressed that the accon was
   agreed between him and ye afd Deft~. and the afd attry prays it may
   be So entred The afd accon agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease

   Nathl Hynson Plt~ | This being an accõn of Trespass upon the
        — at — | Case the Same writ was returned endorsed as
   Thomas Cooke Deft~ | folls vizt. Non est Inventus ——

   Nathl Hynson Plt~. | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
                at | the twenty Seventh day of June in the first~
   James Doarn Deft | year of the Reigne of his now Majestie George.
   —————————— | &ca. that he take James Doarn of Kent County.
   Planter if he Should be found in his Baylwick and him Safe keepe So that he
   have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at
   our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Nathani[el]
   Hynson of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there
   the Said writ &ca.    .    .    At which Said next Court vizt this Sixteenth day of
   August in the Second year of the Reigne of his afd Majestie the day of .
   return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent~. high Sherf of Said County .
   and made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as foll viz Cepi -
   Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef—— .    And the afd Deft being called Came
   and by James Earle his attorney appeared to the above accõn and -
   prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to answer at next Court~ -
   which is granted the Same day is given the Plt~ in like manner .
   Thomas Bruff Plt~ | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
                at | the twenty Seventh day of June in the first year
   Edward Williams Deft~ | of the Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca. that
