   the afd Deft in the plea afd. . And the Said Deft~ in his proper appears
   to the above Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the accõn afd ag.st
   him nor but that the Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco and the .
   Seventeen pair of mens Shoes above mentioned was what he Stood indebted
   to the afd Plt~.   but Saith that he hath paid to ye afd Plt~. the Seventeen pair
   of mens Shoes above mentioned which he prays may be allowed to him
   But that he is willing that Judgment Should be entred for the abovesd
   Six hundred pounds of Tobacco and also the Shoes. . Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt. this Sixteenth day of August Annoque Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd John Ellis Recover agst.
   the Said John Green as well the afd Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco
   and Seventeen pair of mens Shoes Debt as also the Sume of Two hundred
   and Nineteen pounds of Tobacco Costs by the afd Plt about his Suite in—
   this behalfe expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and
   the Said Deft in mercy &ca———

    And now at this Court the Same day last mentioned Came the afd Jn.o
   Ellis by Thomas Bowne his attry and Saith that the Seventeen pair
   of Shoes above mentioned he hath Received from the afd Deft Jno Gre[en]
   Philip Kennard Plt~ | Ducies Tecum on which writ was endorsed
                at | as folls vizt. That She was to be found in
   Sarah Blackleadge Deft~ | his Baylwick pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf —

   Richard Smithers & Uxr | This being a Sciri facias for the Sume of
   Ex.rs John Carvill dec.d Plts. | tenn pounds Sterlg D.t and four hundred Sixty &
                at | Six pounds of Tobacco Cost. the Same was —
   Daniel Pearce Deft - | returnd pr the Sherf. made known to ye Sd Deft
   ——————————— | and the Said Deft. being called Came and
   in his proper person appeared to ye above Sciri facias and prays liberty
   thereof to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court which was —
   granted the Same day was given ye Plts in like manner —
