                                         August Court 1715
   that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.       Att which Said next
   Court viz this Sixteenth day of August in the Second year of his afd Majesties
   Reigne &ca. the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gentl high~
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon~ .
   endorsed as folls. vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf. . ———
    And the Said Deft being called came and in his proper person appear’d
   to the above accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to .
   Answer at next Court which is granted and the Same day is given the .

   Nathal Hynson Plt . | This being an accõn debt for ye Sume of three
                at | hundred and ninety eight pounds of Tobacco The
   John Hancock Deft | Same writ was returnd endorsed as folls vizt. Tarde .

                at | Kent County the Twenty Seventh day of.
   John Green Deft. | June in the first year of the Reigne of his

   Green of Kent County Planter ali Dict~ John Green of Kent County Planter if he
   Should be found in his Baylwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body
   before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house
   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto John Ellis of a plea that he
   render ye full and just Sum of Six hundred pounds of Sound Merchantable——
   Tobacco & cask to contain ye Same of ye value of fifty Shillings Sterling mone[y]
   and Seventeen pair of mens Shoes of ye value of one hundred & two Shillings
   Sterling money which from him he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have
   then and there this writ~ .    .    .      Att which Said next Court vizt. this Sixteenth
   day of August in the Second year of his afd Majesties Reigne &ca. the day of
