                                         August Court 1715
   William Rossier takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangil[ists]
   of Almighty God and Saith that John Browning was indebted to.
   him the Sume of two hundred and Seven pounds of Tobacco ——
   Mr William Comegys takes his place and Sitts on ye bench
   Sarah Jewers being ordered to be Sumoned to this Court and to
   bring with her Saml. Haget Son Saml Haget decd. who now ap.rs
   in Court & brings w.th the Said Samuel . after which this Court —
   Continues the Same to the next. Court ———
      Proclamation that the appear.e docket is goeing to be
   called over as folls viz.t                                                      on ye Case
   Arthur Miller. . | This being an Accõn of Trespass^ the Same
                at | was returned endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr .
   Edward Rotherford | Wm Ffrisby Sher. And now at this Court Came the .


Said Plt~ by Thomas Bowne his attorney and .
   prays the Same accon may be Discontinued the Same is Discontinued
   and that all proceedings therein cease &ca ——
   Richard Fulston | This being an accon of Trespass upon the Case The
                at | Same was returned endorsed as folls viz.t Cepi Corpus pr
   Edward Rotherford | Wm Ffrisby Sherf And the Said Deft. being Solemnly


Colled came not. on which the Sherf of this County .
   in open Court assignes the bayle bond ———
   William Howard Plt~ | This being an Accon for the Said Deft~. to .
                at | Render Acco.t as Bayl - the Same writ was
   Henry Elliott . Deft~. | returnd endorsed as foll vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm
   —————————— | Ffrisby Sher — And the Said Deft being Solemnly
   Called came not on which this Court Amerces the Sherf of this County the
   Sume of three Shillings and four pence Sterling money ———
