   This Court appoints M.r William Pott Guardian to Philemon Church Son .
   of the afd Thomas Church deceased. the Said Philemon being under age
   This Court appoints M.r William Pott Guardian to Tabitha Church daughter
   of Thomas Church late of the afd County deceased . the afd Tabitha —
   being now under age ——
   M.r William Frisby Sherf of this County made a motion to the.
   Court at the last Court held for Said County about the building a Prison
   on the Court house Land .   This Court haveing advised themselves thereof
   Can find no Law to warrant them in the leaveing of the Tobacco for
   the Same on the County —————
    ordered by this Court here that Sarah Jowers of this County a Sumons
   Issue for her to ap.r at next Court and to bring with her Samuel Haget~.
   Son of Samuel Haget. late of Said County deceased
   Court adjourns to the third tuesday in August next the Same
   day being Setled by Act~ of Assembly
    Att a Court held for Kent County at the Court house on Chester River
   in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Sixteenth day of August
   in the Second Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the
