                The orphan Jury returns and being demanded if any
   presentments do Say they have found none on which the afd Jury
   this Court discharges them And to be allowed four hundred pounds of Tobo
   and to have Credit for the Same at William Glanvills and to be allow’d
   the Same at the Laying of the Leavey at November Court next~.
   Philemon Church Son of Thomas Church late of Said Conty deceased
   the afd orphan being ab.t this time twelve years and two months old is
   by this Court with the Consent of his Grandfather Col William Pearce bound.
   to M.r William Pott. of Said County untill he Shall arrive at the age of.
   Twenty one years and to learn him to Read write and cypher as far as the
   rule of three the Same Inclusive that at the Expiration of his time he may
   be perfect in the afd Learning .. The Same being bound by Indenture
   was Acknowledged in ophen Court by the afd William Pott Philemon
   Church and Col William Pearce ——
