       Prince Georges County To wit on this 10.th day of
       November Anno Domini 1851 personally appeared
       Nathan P Cooksey before me a Justice of the
       peace of said County and made oath on
       the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that Negro
       Charles Henderson Brooke bequeathed to John
       W Eastwood by James Cooksey to serve until he
       was Twenty one years of age and then to be
       free has now arrived at the age of Twenty one
       years and is therefore Entitled to his freedom
       under said Will of James Cooksey
