           Prince Georges County   To wit
           on this first day of January in the
       year 1850, personally appeared George
       H Waters before me a Justice of the
       Peace of said county and made oath
       on the Holy Evangely of Almighty
       God that negroes Henry Banks &
       Mason Banks the boys bequeathed to
       Samuel Cooksey by James Cooksey
       to serve until they were twenty one
       years of age and then to be free
       has now arrived at the age of twenty
       one years and is therefore Entitled to their
       freedom under said will of James
       Cooksey
                               Sworn before
