       Prince Georges County fsct   I hereby Certify that on
       the 12.th day of April 1849 before the Subscriber a
       Justice of the Peace and for this county personally
       appeared Charles Digges of said County & made
       oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God
       that tho he knows the Negro man They [illegible]
       mentioned is the within instrument of writing
       and that the Negro Man presents this paper
