       wooly hair flat nose full eyes and Good teeth
       and who raised in Prince Georges County in the
       family of Daniel Clarke Sen.r Dec.d is a free woman
       and was born free being the reputed Daughter of
       Henry Allen a free woman

             Given under my hand and seal of office
             this second day of October in the year of
             our lord Eighteen Hundred and twelve

            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Mary

       County at April Term seventeen Hundred and
       ninety six
