       Maryland Prince Georges County to wit

            I hereby certify that negro Charles the bearer
       hereof about twenty nine years of age five feet
       nine inches high of a dark complexion and who
       was raised in Prince Georges County in the family
       of Henry Lowe Hall is a freeman and obtained
       his freedom in virtue of a Deed of Manumission
       from Henry Lowe Hall bearing ^date^ the twenty Eighth
       day of May Eighteen Hundred and ten and
       duly recorded in one of the land records of
       Prince Georges County

             Given under my hand and seal of office
             this twentieth day of October in the year
