       Jeana about thirty two years old rather of a
       yellow complexion four feet Eleven inches and
       an half high is free and became entitled to her
       freedom by a Deed of Manumission from Thomas
       G. Addison duly executed acknowledged a
       recorded in one of the Land records of the
       county aforesaid which said woman was raised
       by Thomas Addison the father of the said
       Thomas G. Addison

                Given under my hand and the seal of my
                office this thirty first day of August
                Eighteen Hundred and Eleven

       The State of Maryland Prince Georges County to wit

            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro
       Polly Bruce about forty four years old of rather
       a dark complexion with a small scar on the second
       finger of the right hand five feet three and an half
       inches high is free and became entitled to her freedom
       by a Deed from Thomas G. Addison
       duly executed acknowledged and recorded
       one of the Land records of the county aforesaid
       which said woman was raised by Thomas Addison
       the Father of the said Thomas G. Addison

                Given under my hand and seal of office
                this thirty first day of August Eighteen
