       of Basil Waring late of the county aforesaid
       Deceased is a freeman having been liberated by
       Deed from Eleanor Waring bearing date the
       sixth day of June Eighteen Hundred and ten
       and duly executed and recorded in one of the
       land Records of the county aforesaid
   
             Given under my hand and seal of office
             this twenty sixth day of August 1812

       The State Maryland Prince Georges County &c

            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Charles
       Hill aged about thirty six years of black
       complexion five feet four inches high with a
       small scar on his left thumb who was raised
       in the county aforesaid by the late Thomas
       Addison is a freeman and became entitled to
       his freedom by virtue of a Deed of Manumission
       from Thomas G. Addison executed
       acknowledged and recorded in one of the
       Land records of the county aforesaid

                Given under my hand and seal of
                office this thirty first day of August
                Eighteen Hundred and eleven
