293 Maryland Prince Georges County Sc.t I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof negro Henry otherwise called Henry Booth a black man about thirty six years of age Six feet and one quarter of an Inch high has the little finger of his left hand bent a scar on his left ear & a scar on the right side of his face That the said Henry Booth is a free man and was born free in the County aforesaid being the reputed son of Hannah Booth a free woman of Colour In Testimony &c Certificate granted March 26.th 1829 Affd.t of Jn.o Robinson f.d State of Maryland Prince Georges County Sc.t I hereby certify that negro Casey the bearer hereof a mulatto woman about thirty five years of age five feet five and one quarter inches high having a large scar on the elbow of the right arm and one on the left side of the face is a free person and was manumitted and set free by a certain Samuel E Husband of Anne Arundel County and State aforesaid by deed of manumission bearing date on or about the thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine and recorded among the records of Prince Georges County In Testimony &c Certificate granted Deed of Manumission Ap.l 13.th 1829 |
