       Prince Georges County Sc.t

          I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Eliza who
       Calls herself Eliza Walker ^a bright mulatto woman^ about twenty two
       years old five feet five Inches high having a small
       scar on her chin and one over her left eye ^and a large scar on the pan of her left knee^
       that the said Eliza Walker is a free woman
       of Colour being the reputed Daughter of
       Jane Waters a free woman of Colour who
       was liberated by deed of manumission from
       Robert Waters duly recorded among
       the land Records of said County
