       Inches high has several scars on his right leg a scar on his
       right hand a small scar on the thumb of his left hand
       is a free man and was born free in the County aforesaid being
       the reputed son of negro Kitty a free woman of Colour

                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Ezekiel
       who calls himself Ezekiel Lee a black Mulatto man
       about twenty two years of age five feet Eleven and
       a half Inches high and several scars on his
       right arm occasioned by a burn that the said
       Ezekiel is a free man and became entitled
       to his freedom by virtue of a Deed of Manumission
       from Lancaster Lee said Negro Ezekiel Lee
       duly recorded in Liber J R M n.o 13 folio 572
       one of the land record Books of said County
