                         I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof negro George
       who calls himself George Allen a black man about
       twenty six years of age five feet two and a quarter Inches high
       has a scar on his right thigh and a scar on hs right
       hand a little below his thumb is a free man and became
       entitled to his freedom in virtue of a Deed of Manumission
       from Sarah Waring duly recorded in Liber J R M N.o 14
       one of the Land record Books of Prince Georges County
