       ^on his left hand^ & between the thumb and fourth finger occasioned by a cut
       and a mole one ^scar on^ one the middle finger of his right hand
       that the said ^negro^ Moses is a free man & became Entitled
       to his freedom in virtue of a Deed of manumission
       from Delilah Duvall to said Moses Black &
