                      I hereby certify that negro Basil ^the bearer hereof^
       who calls himself Basil Harrison a copper Coloured
       man aged about twenty two years is five feet five
       and a quarter Inches high has a scar on his chin
       a scar on his left wrist and a scar near his right
       eye  That the said negro Basil is a free
       man and was born free in the County aforesaid

       Prince Georges County Sc.t

                      I hereby certify that negro sarah
       who calls herself Sarah Harrison the bearer
       hereof ^a black girl^ about Eighteen years of age four feet
       Eleven inches high has a scar on her right hand
       That the said negro Sarah is a free girl &  
       was born free in the County aforesaid
