       Maryland Prince Georges County sc.t

                I hereby certify that Billey Queen the
       bearer hereof a black man about sixty years of age
       five feet seven inches high has a large scar occasioned
       by a cut on the right hand above the thumb  that
       the said Billy Queen is a freeman and obtained his
       freedom by the Judgment of Prince Georges County
       Court dated the fifteenth day of April seventeen
       hundred and ninety six on his petition filed in said
       Court against John Ashton

       being the reputed son of Priscilla Jones a free woman of colour
