       five and an half inches high about forty ^four^ years
       old blind in the right eye and having a smaller
       scar over the left eye who was raised in Prince
       Georges County by Humphrey Belt is a freeman
       and became entitled to his freedom by virtue
       of a Deed of Manumission from Humphrey Belt
       & bearing equal date herewith duly executed
       and acknowledged & recorded in my office

                Given under my hand and the seal of the
                county court of the county aforesaid this
                12.th day of March 1811

       Maryland Prince Georges County to wit

             I hereby certify that the bearer hereof a
       man by the name of Thomas Graham of a
       yellowish complexion about thirty eight years old
       five feet six inches and an half high with full
       eyes and thick lips having a scar on the right
       cheek and no toes on his right foot except the
       great toe and who was raised in the county aforesaid
       in the family of a certain Ignatius Perry
       is a freeman being descended from a freewoman
       by the name of Eleanor Graham

                Given under my hand and seal of office
                this sixth day of May in the year of our lord
                one thousand eight hundred & eleven
