                I hereby certify that negro Eliza who
       Calls herself Eliza Queen the bearer hereof a
       black woman about twenty four years of age five
       feet high the little finger of each hand stiff and  
       Crooked    That the said Eliza Queen is a free
       woman and was born free in the County aforesaid
