                I hereby certify negro Betsey otherwise named Betsey Boston
       the bearer hereof a Mulatto woman about sixteen years of age about five
       feet four and a half Inches high has a scar on her right hand near the rist
       occasioned by a burn  That the said Betsey is a free woman and was
       born free in the County aforesaid being the reputed daughter of Sarah Boston
       a free woman of Colour
