        State of Maryland Prince Georges County sc.t

                I hereby certify that negro Bob who calls himself
       Robert Hall the bearer hereof a mulatto man about
       twenty one years of age five feet five and three quarter inches
       high  That the said Robert Hall is a free man and was
       Manumitted & set free by a Deed from Henry Lowe Hall of
       the County aforesaid duly acknowledged & recorded in
       My office the twenty Eighth day of May Eighteen hundred
       and Ten
