       Maryland Prince Georges County Sc.t

                I hereby certify that Negro Priscilla who calls
       herself Priscilla Waters the bearer hereof a black woman
       about seventeen years of age five feet six Inches high has
       a small scar of the right eye under the Eye Brow has small
       Ears and a sharp chin that the said negro Priscilla is
       a free woman and was born free in the county aforesaid
       being the reputed Daughter of Katy Waters
                     
                               In Testimony whereof I have hereto subscribed
          affd.t f.d among   my name s.c this Eighth day of April
             papers             1823

                I hereby certify that negro Sarah who calls herself
       Sarah Peach the bearer hereof a black woman about nineteen
       Years of age five feet four and a quarter Inches high has a
       scar under ^the^ chin on the left side side thereof that the said
       Sarah Peach is a free woman being the Reputed daughter
       of Freda Peach who was manumitted by the last will
       and Testament of William Peach late of said County
       deceased

                            In Testimony whereof I have hereto subscribed
