AN ACT authorizing the reconstruction, construction and
improvement of an off-street parking lot or facility for the
parking of automobiles and other vehicles known as Silver Spring
Parking Garage No. 7, 2nd and Cameron Streets, Project No.
843110, within the Silver Spring Parking Lot District.

Effective Date August 10, 1984.

AN ACT to repeal Sec. 2-96 title, "Powers to adopt -
Generally; applicability of county legislation within
municipalities" and to enact a new Sec. 2-96, title
"Applicability of county legislation within municipal
corporations" of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, to
provide for the applicability of local laws, ordinances and
regulations of Montgomery County to municipal corporations; and
to provide for the circumstances under which certain legislation
and regulations may be enforced and administered within municipal
corporations and special taxing districts.

Effective Date November 18, 1984.
