AN ACT to amend Chapter 54A, title "Transit Facilities" of
the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by adding new
section 54A-7, title "interference with Facilities" for the
purpose of making it unlawful to interfere with the operation of
County or WMATA facilities and vehicles.
Effective Date July 10, 1984.

AN EMERGENCY ACT for the purpose of including
landlord-tenant relations in the functions of the Department of
Housing and Community Development; providing that the Office of
Landlord-Tenant Affairs is under the immediate control of the
Director of Department of Housing and Community Development;
providing that the Office of Landlord-Tenant Affairs is no longer
a principal office, but an office in the Department of Housing
and Community Development; providing that tenants seeking rent
supplement must submit their applications to the Department of
Housing and Community Development instead of the Director of
Finance; providing that the Department of Housing and Community
Development must approve direct annual payments to tenants under
the Rent Supplement Program; redefining certain terms; and
generally relating to the reorganization of the Department of
Housing and Community Development, the Office of Landlord-Tenant
Affairs, and the Rent Supplement Program.

AN ACT authorizing the construction of a major 4-6 lane
roadway with appropriate turning lanes, signs, signals, and
markings within a 120 foot right-of-way; said roadway being known
as the I-370 Connector, Project No. 853122, to extend from the
I-270 Interchange at I-370 westerly to the Great Seneca Highway.
Effective Date August 10, 1984.
