AN ACT to amend the following sections of the Montgomery
County Code 1972, as amended, for the purposes of establishing
procedures for promulgation of executive regulations; providing
for the publication of a Code of Montgomery County Regulations;
providing for the periodic issuance of a Montgomery County
Register, which is to be used as a temporary supplement to the
Code of Montgomery County Regulations; and to provide for the
periodic review of regulations.

Effective Date March 15, 1984.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 21, title "Fire and Rescue
Services", Article II, title "Comprehensive Fire and Rescue
Services", Division 2, title "Organization", Section 21-4B, title

as amended, for the purpose of extending the terms of office of
the citizen members of the Fire and Rescue Commission.

Effective Date April 30, 1984.
