COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT to add a new Chapter 56A, entitled "Video Games" to
the Montgomery County Code, 1972, as amended, to provide for the
licensing of video games, registration of establishments, payment
of fees, penalties for violations and administration.

Effective Date December 29, 1983.

AN ACT to amend Article III, title "Recreation Areas and
Advisory Boards" of Chapter 41, title "Recreation and Recreation
Facilities" of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended, by
amending Section 41-21, title "Recreation Board - Created, etc."
to allow two representatives from each Recreation Area Advisory
Board to serve on the County Recreation Board, to specify the
number of at-large members and to increase the number of
exofficio non-voting members on the Board; to amend Section
41-27, title "Same - Composition; etc.", to increase the number
of members on each Recreation Area Advisory Board.

Effective Date January 27, 1984.

Effective Date October 28, 1983.
