ORDINANCE NO. 10-29

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-A-2, title "Definitions and
Interpretation," Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones,
One-Family", Section 59-C-l.31, title "Land Uses", to revise the
definition of County Medical Center, to require adequate public
facilities test for County Medical Center development, and to
make a technical correction allowing County Medical Center as
permitted use in the R-200 Zone.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-30

AN AMENDMENT to Article 59-C, title "Zoning Districts;
Regulations", Division 59-C-2, title "Residential Zones, Multiple
Family", Section 59-C-2.3, title "Land Uses", for the purpose of
providing that certain general office uses are permitted in the
R-10 Zone only in buildings originally constructed as
apartment-hotels in the C-2 Zone if lawfully in existence on
October 19, 1982.

Interpretations", Section 59-A-2.1, title "Definitions" to delete
"elderly persons" from the definition of "Exceptional person" and
to add a new definition of "Group residence for elderly persons";
to Division 59-C-l, title "Residential Zones, One-Family",
Section 59-C-l.31, title "Land Uses"; to Division 59-C-9, title
"Rural Zone", Section 59-C-9.1, title "Land Uses", and to
Division 59-C-ll, title "Rural Density Transfer Zone", Section
59-C-ll.l, title "Land Uses", to allow a group residence for not
more than 8 elderly persons as a permitted use in certain
one-family, residential zones, the rural zone and the rural
density transfer zone and to allow a group residence for 9 to 14
elderly persons as a special exception use in certain one-family
and multi-family residential zones, the rural zone and the rural
