ORDINANCE NO. 10-25

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-6, title "Central Business
District Zones", Section 59-C-6.22, title "Land Uses", to allow
eating and drinking establishments that dispense pre-packaged
food and beverages to be consumed off premises in the CBD zones
provided they are not free-standing structures and have no
drive-thru lanes or exterior sales windows.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-26

AN AMENDMENT to Division 59-C-4, title "Commercial Zones",
Section 59-C-4.2, title "Land Uses", and to Division 59-C-6,
title "Central Business District Zones", Section 59-C-6.22, title
"Land Uses", for the purpose of allowing duplicating services as
permitted uses in certain commercial zones and under the standard
method of development in the CBD-1, CBD-2, and CBD-3 Zones.
