AN ACT to add Section 18.124(bV) to Title 18, "Public Works"
of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Evelyn Goldie Meyn.

Bill No. 80
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
14.411(e), "Rates," of Subtitle 4, "Howard County Television
Systems Franchise Act," Title 14, "Licenses, Permits and
Inspections," of the Howard County Code, to increase the maximum
allowable annual income of certain individuals for reduced rates
for cable television.

Bill No. 82
AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Subtitle 2 "Electrical
Regulations" of Title 3 "Buildings" of the Howard County Code in
order to bring the licensing provisions into conformity with
State law.. to extend the duration of licenses to 2 years, to
require licensees to carry insurance rather than post bond, to
up-date certain licensing provisions and to clarify language; and
declaring this to be an emergency measure.

AN ACT amending Section 1.210 "Standards for Positions,"
Section 1.211 "Incorporations of Class Specifications" and
Section 1.301 "Classification and Grades of Classified Positions"
of Title I "Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to
amend the classifications for Waste Treatment Plant Operator I,
Waste Treatment Plant Operator II, Waste Treatment Operator III,
Waste Treatment Operations Supervisor, Waste Treatment Plant
Superintendent, and Public Works Superintendent and to add class
specifications and pay grades for Sludge Disposal Supervisor,
Utilities Supervisor, Utilities Superintendent, Head Cashier and
Communications Equipment Technician.
