Bill No. 58

AN ACT amending Section 21.912 "Stopping, standing or
parking in special parking spaces", adding new Section 21.925
"Stopping, standing or parking in parking spaces designated
handicapped parking", amending Section 21.000 "Fines & Penalties"
of Title 21 "Traffic control and Transportation" of the Howard
County Code, concerning handicapped persons and setting a fine
for parking in spaces reserved for handicapped persons.

Bill No. 59

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Section 16.121(b)(2)(w) and
(x) and Section 16.126 "Sewage Disposal and Water Supply" of the
Howard County Code in order to clarify the Sections and make them
consistent with the Master Plan for Water and Sewerage. ,
requiring provision be made for the disposal of sewage and the
provision of adequate potable water supply, the type of provision
being dependent upon the availability of adequate community
systems and the size of the lots.

Bill No. 60

AN ACT amending Section 20.109 "Tax credits for newly

constructed and rehabilitated dwellings" of the Howard County

Code in order to allow the Director of Finance to continue
acceptance of applications for tax credits.

of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
