AN ACT repealing portions of Subtitle 2 "Water and Sewer
charges and assessments" of Title 20 "Taxation and public credit"
of the Howard County Code to delete references to the Little
Patuxent Water Quality Management Center Supplemental
in-aid-of-construction charge which is no longer required.

AN ACT to amend Subsection (j) "Holiday Leave" of Section
1.117 "Leaves" of the Howard County Code in order to delete
reference to pre-1979 paid holidays.

AN ACT to amend Article VI, Title 16, Planning, Zoning and
Subdivision and Land Development Regulations to add new amend
subsection (3) (B) to Section 16.139 thereof to require buffer
strips for non-residential developments which adjoin
non-conforming residential uses and to require notification to
owners of non-conforming residential use properties of the
submission and of the approval of a site plan for adjoining
non-residential developments by the office of planning and
zoning.

of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan
District certain parcel(s) belonging to Mr. & Mrs. James W. King.
