AN ACT amending Subsection (e) "Military Leave" of Section
1.117 "Leaves" of the Howard County Code in order to clarify when
military leave may be granted and for how long.

AN ACT to add Section 18.18.124 (bL) to Title 18 "Public

Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the

Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Miriam P.
Gales.

AN ACT amending Section 1.300 "Salaries and Fringe Benefits"
and Section 1.305 "Special Provisions" of Title I
"Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to provide a
salary adjustment for County employees.

Bill No. 51

AN ACT repealing and re-enacting Section 18.122A "Regulation
of Discharges to the Public Sewer System" of the Howard County
Code to regulate the discharge of industrial and other wastes
into the public sewerage system.

AN ACT amending Subtitle 3 "Plumbing Regulations" of Title 3
"Buildings" and Title 16 "Planning, Zoning & Subdivision and Land
Development Regulations" of the Howard County Code in order to
make the granting of certain plumbing permits and site
development plans contingent upon approval of plans for the
disposal of industrial sewage.
