"Rates", of Subtitle 4, "Howard County Cable Television Systems
Franchise Act", Title 14 "Licenses, Permits and Inspections" of
the Howard County Code, to increase the rates for basic service
and FM radio service and certain other charges to subscribers; to
delete an obsolete provision concerning the reduction of rates
for basic service;. and to delete the provision that all changes
made by the council concerning regular or reduced rates, charges,
scheduled services, or conditions relating thereto shall be
effective for a minimum of 3 years.

Inspections" of the Howard County Code and enacting new Section
3.210 "Inspections; Fees" in order to permit the granting of
blanket applications for the inspection of telephone
communications wiring work and to clarify language regarding the
process of electrical inspection and fees for electrical
inspection.

Section 1.211 "Incorporation of Class Specifications" and Section
1.301 "Classification and Grades of Classified Positions" of
Title I "Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to
amend the specifications for Cook and to change the grades of
Cook, Personnel Analyst III and Safety Analyst.
