RESOLUTION NO. 1984-72
OF
THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF SNOW HILL
TO AMEND THE TOWN CHARTER

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 8

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Snow Hill, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Maryland, (the "Town"),
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland and Sections 13 through 18,
inclusive, of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
edition) (1981 Replacement Volume) entitled
"Corporations-Municipal", to amend Section 28 of the Charter of
the Town which concerns the registration of voters.

[Section 28 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

Effective Date February 14, 1985]

the Town which concerns the Conduct of Elections.

[Section 27 of the Charter of the Town of Snow Hill,
Worcester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

Effective Date February 14, 1985]
