RESOLUTION NO. 262
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the Easterly
corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as the
Fire State Area, and bounded on the West by the India Broughton
land, bounded on the North by South Park Drive, bounded on the
East by the Easterly line of Beaglin Park Drive, and bounded on
the South by South Schumaker Drive, and being entirely the
property of the City of Salisbury.

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the Easterly
corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, popularly known as the
U.S. Route No. 50 Number 2 area and bounded on the West by the
corporate limits, and bounded on the North by Maryland National
Bank land, and bounded on the East by the property of Nanticoke
Homes, and bounded on the South, in part, by Beaglin Branch, and
in part, by Mt. Hermon Road, and being the property of Edward
Baker & Associates.
