MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 edition as amended,
title "Corporation-Municipal"), and

WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Riverdale is desirous of
amending Sub-Section 63-21.11, of the Charter of the Town, Budget
authorizes levy.

[Section 63-21.11 of the Charter of the Town of Riverdale,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date May 22, 1984]

RESOLUTION 84-R-3

Pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of the State of Maryland and in accordance with Sec. 2 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 edition as amended,
title "Corporation-Municipal"), and

WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Riverdale is desirous of
amending Sub-Section 63-24-2(a), of the Charter of the Town,
Authorization to borrow money for any proper public purpose.

[Section 63-24.2 of the Charter of the Town of Riverdale,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION 84-R-5

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Riverdale to enlarge the corporate boundaries of the Town of
Riverdale and thereby amend the Charter of the Town of Riverdale.

George's County, (1963 Edition, 1967 Supplement) as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
