particularly subsection (a) thereof, by substituting a new
subparagraph (7) for the present subparagraph (7) and changing
the present subparagraph (7) to be new subparagraph (8).

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of
Rising Sun, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of
the Constitution of Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1981 Replacement
Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said
Town by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and
adjoining the existing corporate area by amending the provisions
of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland (adopted January 25, 1981),
Chapter 31, which incorporates the Charter of the Town of Rising
