CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1984-1
SUBJECT: "Powers of Council enumerated." "Port wardens"
Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend the
Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to be
entitled: "Powers of Council enumerated" "Port wardens" by
amending a certain section of the Charter of the Town of Ocean
City, Maryland. This amendment shall have the effect of allowing
the City Council to establish a board of port wardens to regulate
structures within or on the waters of the municipality.

SUBJECT: "Exercise and enforcement of powers."
Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend the
Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, the amendment to be
entitled: "Exercise and enforcement of powers" by amending a
certain section of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City,
Maryland. This amendment shall have the effect of providing for
the exercise and enforcement of various powers of the Council.
