BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF MTN. LAKE
PARK THAT Chapter 26, Section 21 entitled "REGISTRATION" in the
Charter of the Town of Mtn. Lake Park be amended.

[Section 26-21 of the Charter of the Town of Mountain Lake
Park, Garrett County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
