OF MIDDLETOWN IN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, that the Charter of
Middletown is hereby amended by deleting Section 502(c) under
"Registration" and substituting new Section 502(c) under
"Registration".

Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 10

A Resolution of Council of the Town of Mount Airy to enlarge
the corporate boundaries of the Town of Mount Airy by annexing
thereto 102.8828 acres of land more or less along the southerly
side of Prospect Road in the Woodville Election District of
Frederick County, Maryland all as more particularly described
herein.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1984-1

WHEREAS, the City of Mount Rainier is desirous of amending
its City Charter so as to reflect a maximum tax rate of $1.00 per
$100 of assessed value.
