MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Middletown is hereby amended by repealing and adding Section 304,
title "Meetings of Burgess and Commissioners".

[Section 304 of the Charter of the Town of Middletown,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

Effective Date April 3, 1984]

BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE BURGESS AND COMMISSIONERS
OF MIDDLETOWN IN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, that the Charter of
Middletown is hereby amended by repealing and adding Section 606,
title "Checks".

[Section 606 of the Charter of the Town of Middletown,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

Effective Date April 3, 1984]

BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE BURGESS AND COMMISSIONERS
OF MIDDLETOWN IN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, that the Charter of
Middletown is hereby amended by repealing the first paragraph of
present Section 504, title, "Election of Burgess and
Commissioners" which reads:

[Section 504 of the Charter of the Town of Middletown,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date April 3, 1984]

BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE BURGESS AND COMMISSIONERS
OF MIDDLETOWN IN FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, that the Charter of
Middletown is hereby amended by adding Section 312.

[Section 312 of the Charter of the Town of Middletown,
Frederick County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date January 1, 1985]
