HARRY HUGHES, Governor 3649

(3) (4) IN HARFORD COUNTY, A HAWKER, PEDDLER, OR
MOBILE VENDOR MAY NOT TRADE, BARTER, OR SELL ANY GOODS, WARES, OR
MERCHANDISE, WHEN LOCATED:

(I) ON A COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY;

(I) WITHIN 100 YARDS OF AN INTERSECTION OF ANY
2 HIGHWAYS OF ANY TYPE;

(II) WITHIN 50 YARDS OF ANY VEHICULAR ENTRANCE
TO OR EXIT FROM A SCHOOL OR PLACE OF WORSHIP;

(III) WITHIN 100 YARDS OF ANY VEHICULAR

ENTRANCE TO OR EXIT FROM ANY SHOPPING CENTER;

(IV) IN THE PARKING LOT OF ANY SHOPPING CENTER;
OR

(V) (II) ON A STATE RIGHT-OF-WAY, UNLESS A
LEASE AGREEMENT IS OBTAINED FROM THE APPROPRIATE STATE AGENCY.

(4) (5) THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO:

(I) A PERSON WHO TRADES, BARTERS, OR SELLS
MERCHANDISE ON PROPERTY OWNED OR LEASED BY THAT PERSON; OR OR

(II) AN ICE CREAM VENDOR; OR

(III) (II) A BONA FIDE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That nothing in this
Act shall be construed to repeal any local laws, resolutions, or
ordinances of Harford County and its municipalities.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

FOR the purpose of prohibiting an individual from engaging or
attempting to engage in the business of, or holding
themselves out as, a master electrician in the State
